The Pretty Things

British R&B rockers The Pretty Things had a string of successful hits in the mid-'60s, notably Rosalyn and Don't Bring Me Down.

The band's guitarist, Dick Taylor, was a member in the original Rolling Stones before quitting and forming The Pretty Things with frontman Phil May in 1964. Their music has influenced the likes of David Bowie, who covered the aforementioned singles on 1973's Pin-Ups.

The Pretty Things are still performing today and their catalogue is licensed to us through Cote Basque Music Publishing.
